From January 1, 2024, Alexander Krause will take over the positions of Assistant Managing Director and Chief Technical Officer (CTO). Steffen Lambertz will be responsible for product development at JHT as Chief Product Officer (CPO) with immediate effect.
These changes are not only a signal for customers and partners as well as employees and their families, but also an expression of JHT's long-term orientation, says CEO Alexander Houben. Both Krause and Lambertz have many years of experience in the company and a broad knowledge of the industry.
Alexander Krause started out as a mechanical engineer and progressed through various positions (most recently overall project manager). He has been a partner since 2020 and will now act as assistant managing director. Steffen Lambertz started as a design engineer and became a senior project engineer in 2021. Through his part-time MBA studies and personal development, he became a partner on 01.01.2024.
Founder Alexander Houben proudly emphasizes that Alexander Krause and Steffen Lambertz are driving the positive development of JHT. Everyone is optimistic and looking forward to the new challenges this year. The company management also sees JHT as a key player in roll-to-roll processing in the future. The energy transition is a particular focus: the demand for battery electrodes, catalyst-coated membranes and other products is constantly increasing. JHT's machines have established themselves in these and other industries. Together with partners from industry and research, the process and machine technology is further developed and optimized in cooperation projects.
After one year of development with the Streescooter GmbH and RWTH Aachen, the first prototype of the “Streetscooter” has met the expectations of the Deutsche Post in October 2012. The Streetscooter is a trendsetter of electric cars for letter and parcel delivery.
