A little bit about the history

Dipl.-Ing. (graduate engineer) Peter Jakobs studied automotive engineering at the RWTH Aachen University, Dipl.-Ing. Alexander Houben is a graduate mechanical engineer specialising in engineering design. They both got to know each other during their spell working at MonarchBusch GmbH in Düren and once the company was moved abroad they decided to set up their own business together.

Due to their many years of professional experience as well as the technological diversification of the portfolio the foundation of the company following the turn of the new millennium succeeded in spite of the difficult economic conditions.

Now JHT GmbH is a dynamic, up-and-coming company, which is creative and flexible. In this process the experience of the older generation was passed on to the younger generation.

JHT GmbH has constantly grown over the past few years. Therefore, we moved from Hueckelhoven to Geilenkirchen in September 2010.
